Not exactly what I expected

The spacious suites boast modern design, breathtaking ocean views, and friendly staff eager to assist! Breakfast offered a delicious variety to start the day right.

I was disturbed by the lack of hand towels and a malfunctioning air conditioner remote. Room service menu was unavailable and facilities seemed to lack proper upkeep.

Staying for five nights in a Deluxe Double with Bay View was delightful! The location was good, offering proximity to local shops and spas, and we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views. A few details could improve, yet it was a memorable experience!

would definitely book again

The breakfast offered a decent variety, but some mornings had issues with food availability. The room was excellent, featuring a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the outdoor pool area, but the water was cold. Spa services included enticing massages by the pool, which were relaxing. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Ideal for family getaways

The pool was a highlight for us, especially with the kids diving in and out all day, having a blast! Plus, the spa services were decent-got a fantastic massage after a long day, felt like I was floating on clouds!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the amenities, I’d say it was acceptable.

During our family stay, the amenities were quite enjoyable, particularly the rooftop pool and the central pool, which were both great spots for relaxation. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety that catered well to both kids and adults. we faced some maintenance issues, such as needing to change rooms due to the AC dripping and a non-working jacuzzi in the kids' room. Despite these hiccups, we appreciated some of the enjoyable features of the hotel.

The jacuzzi was not working, but the spacious penthouse offered great views.

It was just a top selection for a brief retreat in Nusa Dua with fantastic value for money. I particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool area, where I spent a lovely afternoon relaxing under the sun. Make sure to get towels early, as they can take some time to arrive.

Woke up to some amazing American pancakes and a buffet that had everything your taste buds could dream of! The rooftop pool vibes were chef's kiss, and the location's just a hop away from some prime local spots. Can't forget the free upgrade—made it feel like a royal affair!

It wasn’t all sunshine. faced some eyebrow-raising cleanliness issues with blood on sheets and a giant bug in the shower. Then, poor staffing left us hanging with no apologies in sight. After some shenanigans, it was off to find better digs!

We stayed in a Suite Jacuzzi with Sofa Bed. The room was really spacious and modern, which was a nice surprise. The jacuzzi was actually not working, though, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the king-size bed was massive and super comfy, making up for a lot. There was also a nice view from the room, and we had easy access to room service.
